By accessing or using the Igatpuri Villa website (igatpurivilla.com) or any of its associated services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these terms, and agree to be fully bound by them.

If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms, and "you" refers to that entity.

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation by Igatpuri Villa. A booking enquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment and a written confirmation from our team.
• You must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation without refund.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by Igatpuri Villa management.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion without providing any reason.
• Group bookings of 10 or more guests may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of enquiry.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• An advance payment (typically 50% of the total booking value) is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon check-in as communicated during booking.
• Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted payment modes communicated by our team.
• Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
• Pricing is subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation without notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and property hosts.

All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We also offer date rescheduling subject to availability — please contact us as early as possible.

• Standard Check-In: 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged prior to departure, subject to availability and charges.
• Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID for all adults at the time of check-in.
• The villa will be inspected upon check-out. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use will be charged to the guest.

All guests are expected to treat the property and surrounding environment with respect. The following rules apply during your stay:

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour after quiet hours is strictly prohibited.
• No Commercial Events: Hosting events (parties, weddings, shoots) without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Guest Limit: The number of guests staying overnight must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the property. Day visitors must be pre-approved.
• Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas of the property.
• Pets: Pets are permitted only in pet-friendly properties clearly marked as such. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.
• Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity on the premises will result in immediate eviction and reporting to the authorities.
• Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party, including day visitors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Igatpuri Villa, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of personal property, theft, or damage during your stay.
• Personal injury occurring on the premises, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
• Any disruption to services caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
• Any inaccuracies in property descriptions, though we strive to keep all information accurate and up-to-date.

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, personal liability, and medical expenses prior to travel.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photography, videos, branding, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Igatpuri Villa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing with attribution is permitted.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
