Cancellation Policy
- 15+ Days Before Check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount.
- 7 to 14 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 7 Days Before Check-in: No refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment. If you face any delays, please contact our support team with your booking reference.
Rescheduling
Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to check-in. Tariff differences for the new dates will apply.
