Ashoka Falls, also known as Vihigaon Falls, is a spectacular natural cascade located about 13 km from Igatpuri. The waterfall drops from a height of approximately 120 feet into a rocky pool below. It gained immense popularity after being featured in several Bollywood films, most notably Shah Rukh Khan's "Asoka".
During the monsoon, the waterfall transforms into a thundering torrent of white water, making it a prime destination for adventure enthusiasts interested in waterfall rappelling. The short trek through the forest to reach the falls is relatively easy and offers glimpses of diverse local flora and fauna.
