Check-in time 12:00 AM – Check-out time 10:00 AM.

Payment terms | 50% on booking. Balance before check-in.

Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. A refundable damage security deposit of Rs. 10,000/-  will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy | Full refund for cancellations made at least 21 days before check-in, after deducting 20% of the booking amount as a processing fee. No refund for cancellations within 21 days of check-in.

In case of a power outage, power backup for 3 to 4 hours available through the inverter. Generator will be provided for up to 8 hours during the night.

As required by law, every guest above the age of 18 years has to carry a valid government approved photo ID, that shows address.

Guests cannot invite other visitors to stay or utilise the villa’s facilities.

Playing loud music or playing music in open areas is not permitted beyond 10:00 PM.

We urge the guest to wear appropriate swimwear in the pool.

The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site, so children must be accompanied by adults at all times while in the pool.

Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming of drugs/narcotics, hookah/shisha and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.

Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.

This property is not suited for pets. Please don’t bring your dog or cat along.

To keep the villa in good condition, we screen guests before booking. No offence, but bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
